1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Eligibility
Health Secret accepts returns of eligible products within 60 days of confirmed delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.2 Return Authorization Required
To initiate a return:
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

1.3 Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to elective (non-defective) returns.
- This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
1.4 Refund Terms
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been inspected.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Products returned without all original packaging or in unsellable condition may receive a partial refund or no refund.
1.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Opened digital content.
- Downloaded content (eBooks, streaming series, PDFs).
- Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or is defective:
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Shipping Timeframes
- U.S. Orders: Ship within 48 hours, delivered in 5–7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivered within 2–4 weeks from ship date.
Custom delays may extend these timeframes.
3.2 Shipping Charges
- U.S. Orders: Free shipping unless otherwise noted. (There will be a shipping fee on all physical orders – domestic/international.)
- International Orders: Shipping fees vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for:
- Any import duties, customs fees, or VAT charges assessed by their country.
- Refused shipments returned to the sender due to unpaid import charges.
3.3 Customs & Import Regulations
You are responsible for ensuring your country allows the import of Health Secret products. If a package is:
Health Secret cannot monitor every country’s import laws. It is your responsibility to confirm local restrictions before purchasing.
- Returned by customs: A refund will be issued minus shipping and return fees
- Seized or destroyed: No refund will be issued

3.4 Lost or Undelivered Packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, contact your local carrier.
- If tracking shows the package was never delivered, contact us—we will re-ship the order at no additional cost. (Case-by-case basis.)
4. Limitation of Liability
Health Secret is not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or weather.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or non-receipt of products.
5. Agreement to Policy
