Return Policy

If, within 60 days of order delivery date, you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase of any RedLife Products to us for a refund. 

  1. When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to RedLife. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse. A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by RedLife for damage or missing accessories. If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any elective returned purchases. Any additional shipping or insurance fees that were originally charged at the time of order placement are non-refundable. Light(s) must be received at our returns center by the 60th day from when the light was originally received. If a light is received outside of this period, it will be automatically returned to sender. A light and/or product is deemed “open box” or “used” the moment that the shipment is received by the recipient and/or signed for, regardless of usage and therefore is subject to any and all restocking fees if returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. RedLife will assess each warranty claim on a case by case basis. All warranty claims must include customer-submitted photo and/or video documentation/verification of the issue or the claim will not be processed. Resolution of warranty claims may include but are not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email support to troubleshoot the product, or replacement of the product with a new or refurbished unit. The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any and all customer damage to the light is not covered under warranty. This includes breakage/damage from dropping, misuse, tampering with/opening the light without prior authorization or damage during assembly of stands including mis-insertion of screws/bolts.
  3. Any shipment within the USA that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer-supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges. Any international returned shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price. For any returned shipment, either domestic or international, initial shipping fees and/or additional shipping insurance policies and/or collected duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  4. Warranty valid only to the original purchaser if the item was purchased directly from www.redlifedevice.com or an authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.
  5. To initiate an elective return, a customer must contact RedLife Customer Support in writing via email for a return authorization and further instructions. If a light is sent without prior notice or authorization, RedLife will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Shipping Policy

Will You Ship ANY Product To My Country?

It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs (if applicable) when we receive the package back.

Unfortunately, if your package is seized and destroyed we are not able to offer a refund.

Will I Have To Pay Taxes Or Duties On The Shipment?

Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience, these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases, they may cause a delay in your package’s arrival. Usually, these delays will be shown in your tracking information.

If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs when we receive the package back.

It’s also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package. The duties & tax laws vary greatly from country to country, so it’s best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & take charge when accepting the package, it will be sent back to us and we’ll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs.

Restricted Shipping

We’d love to ship to every country in the world, but unfortunately there are some countries where certain products are restricted due to customs policies. The following countries may have restrictions against some or all of our products due to customs regulations:

If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the shipping address you provide. 

The laws are different in every country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the shipping address that you have provided. We will give you the best service and ship it promptly at the rates that we have agreed to on our website. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund until all products are returned to us in their original condition.

Most orders make it through customs with no issues; however, some orders that are randomly stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges that occur. Any shipping charges you pay are based on the weight of the package. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

Damaged Packages
RedLife will be happy to re-ship to customers whose packages arrived damaged.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages
RedLife will not be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, where the tracking link shows the package has arrived. However, we will reship packages that according to tracking never arrived.

What do you charge for shipping rates?
Free shipping for US orders. For international orders shipping fees vary depending on the device and quantity. Please review your cart before submitting your order for accurate shipping costs.

When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase. During times of higher traffic, such as the release of a new product, this time may be extended.

What are the expected shipping time frames?
Domestic orders are normally delivered within 5-7 business days from the ship date. International orders are normally delivered within 2-4 weeks from the ship date. Please keep in mind that this is from the ship date, not the order date. This also does not include customs processing time for international orders. These are only estimates and may vary depending on a variety of circumstances.
