Refund/cancellation policy

We are confident that Well Of Life™ a division of Health Secret, LLC only produces top-quality health products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return the product for a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs if applicable. This includes used, partially used and unopened bottles. This information is also stated on all of our website pages. Please contact our customer service first at [email protected] or call 1 888 744-2614/ 1 888-438-9825 for your cancellation, return and or refund request so they can assist you and provide you with the correct return address for your order.

All Returns Must Be Made Within 60 Days Of The Shipping Date.

In order for us to make this process as clear and smooth as possible, we are asking that you provide us with the tracking number of your returned package, once we receive that number and it shows that it is in transit to us, we can then process your refund. If a tracking number is not provided, then we will wait for it to be processed through our shipping warehouse once received.

Also, if you file a dispute with your banking institution first it will slow down the refund process as there are more steps and information that needs to be provided in order to process the refund. So please contact us first.

Unfortunately, we do not provide a return shipping label or prepaid return labels if you do choose to return your order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for the item if it becomes lost in transit. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS) to ensure your Return/Exchange arrives safely to us.
